People's Park: A Park for the People

A local film crew are hired to follow park committee 'The Friends of People's Park' as they apply for funding to restore People's Park, a public space at the centre of Great Grimsby. Along the way we meet multiple members of the community who use the park on a daily basis showing why this space is so vital to them. Whether they're dog walkers, members of the boules club, workers in maintaining the park, or simply local youths, they all engage with and make up the heart of what People's Park is all about...the people. A debut short film (or 'mock'umentary) from Grayt Minds productions. Grayt Minds is made up of Matthew and Emma Gray who were raised in the Northern town of Grimsby.
