I was brought on board in Feb-Mar 2024 as Assistant Director for Grimm, a site-specific play set in the 1960’s and based on Grimsby’s rich fishing heritage. My involvement included support in creating the artistic vision of the piece, including adapting the show to four different public spaces and aiding the director in the rehearsal room and during shows; running warm ups, rehearsing scenes, giving critical feedback, organising call times and scheduling activities. The project was Arts Council funded and had a run of four shows across Grimsby and Hull. I was asked back for their national tour in 2025 but unfortunately couldn't make it.
