Film Photography

I have been a keen photographer right from when I can remember. But I picked up my first film camera during my A Level photography course in 2014. Film photography has since been my favourite form of photography for its colour and raw, authentic feel. My photography focuses on capturing the feeling within a moment, hopefully transporting the viewer to the time or place. I also like to capture humour, using composition to frame my subject, like a man with a duck on his head or a hidden lady behind a large banana leaf. Examples of my photography below include trips to Sicily, Finland, spaces like my Grandparents' house, special occasions with friends or spotted strangers on the street. I will be hosting my first film photography exhibition in May 2026 at the Broadway Gallery, Nottingham.
